The brightest idea for you is to become transparent with yourself and never rule-out your need of improvement in your areas of lacking. The great future is not made all of a sudden, but it is your persistent and untiring efforts only which can make it. Always concentrate on your present. Always see that how can you make your small moments special.
It is least useful to exult or regret over your past; for, what exists no longer, helps you not. Your past remains merely in your memories. On the other hand it is your present which remains in your hands; and that is why it deserves your best attention and care. Make yourself curious to know that what more value you can add to your work; and make yourself so always. Add always the small innovations in your activities. Also do not stop at making the small improvements in your ways and methods.
Sometimes (generally at your work place) you may find that you are supposed to work on something which is of a boring repetitive nature. Yet, you should see a chance in it to increase the effectiveness of your mundane deliveries. Do not forget to make your activities more efficient as well – in a way that you may consume the minimum possible input resources in turning out the maximum possible output results.
Self-inspiration is such a big thing, you know! In the morning, think – how you should feel when you will come back in the evening? Plan as to what special (and that may be of smaller significance as well) you will make today. Do not worry; for, people will ofcourse take the notice of your wellexecuted deliveries. May be they miss to pat your back in front of others, but they will not miss in their heart to wonder about you.
And soon you will see that ‘making your today better’ has now come in your habit. Then do not stop yourself – from dreaming your better future.
